My client does not work it. I loads for 1 minutes and then it says "no available update sites, please try again later. My webclient does neither work too, the java icon just loads but nothing happens. any suggestions?

It means that the client loader is unable to connect to the homepage to fetch updates. Can you check your antivirus to see if it allows Emps-World to update? What you could try is disabling it for a minute and start the loader?

If all that doesn't work I suggest waiting an hour and trying again. We've had these kind of issues in the past and they fixed themselves eventually. Sometimes traffic is blocked at certain points. We can do network analysis but the issue is probably fixed before we get some results.
