It doesnt activate. Only shows read and check progress. When i click on read it shows 20 min double xp use it wisely but doesnt activate on me . When i click check progress it disappears i`ve lost 3 scrolls like this allready and no double xp. Mods told me to relog didn`t help. Please do something thanks. C4 Nerd told me to report here about this.

Can you try deleting the cache?

Your client is outdated, that's why you don't have the new options on the double xp scrolls available.
