Taste Vengeance now doesn't trigger on hits that deal the killing blow. Go risk your items and get your revenge!

I just killed a guy with my vengeace, he hit a 29 on me and got hit for a 21 and died without me hitting with melee

If the hit didn't kill you, that's how it's supposed to be. Had the hit killed you, it wouldn't have been triggered.
