Could you try if it fixes the issue when disabling Anti aliasing?

Looks like you got an old GPU that doesn't support alpha values. Can you type ::openglinfo and show me the popup?

I know how to reproduce the state on the screenshot you've shown me, but I can't find an error in the renderer code. It happens when textures are disabled for sprite atlasses. Though, the code clearly enables them before they are rendered. Anyway, can you restart your client and tell me if it's working now?
