Title: Vannaka Teleport

basically, if you click the banker at GE (I didn't try anywhere else) then click "kills-left" on a Enchanted gem, Vannaka asks if you'd like to open your bank. if you click "kills-left" twice, he acts at Aubury and asks to teleport you to the Rune Essence Mine

Bug is known and is already fixed for the next update
