When trying to use a teleport while doing an agility action "walk-on, swing across" you get the following message.

It's probably the default message for whenever you do an action that disables your ability to use a free teleport (which is mostly combat but yeah also in occassions like this).

Apparently you are 'in-combat' during agility obstacles. That avoids logging out on them.
