Did you receive that exact drop yourself or did you just look at wiki page?
I'm pretty sure it's just a a mistake in wiki.

It's been reported as an actual drop although I haven't seen it myself

If there was a bug at drops, which I believe there was at first, then it has been fixed for a while now, but the wiki wasn't updated.
I have now updated the wiki as well.
