So yeh thought I'd post it here instead.

- I am using the OpenGl client.
- My framerate is, as you can see in the upper right corner, 40-50.

Yet we haven't found out what's happening that you're running in slow motion. So I can't present you a solution for the issue yet. Can you give me some information on your CPU? Most important: How many cores do you have?

Your CPU definitely isn't an issue.

I'll just be totally honest with you, I have absolutely no clue why your client is going slow motion. Have you tried using the cache cleaner already? http://emps-world.net/cleaner.php I also suggest you download the latest loader: http://emps-world.net/Emps-World.jar

I will try these things later this week.

PS: I recently found out the chance of this effect to occur vastly depends on the location I'm in. Will work this out later this week as well.

Ok, after all it definitely had something to do with my recording software. After switching from camtasia studio to hypercam2 90% of the lag disappeared. I have no idea why since i should have no problem using both programs when playing emps but oh well.

I've updated the client's update procedure again today. To avoid flickering and slow-motion. Tell me if the issue still occurs.
