Title: Staking

It's been there for a long time already and none seems to deal with it or even report it.
2 month ago Arc "Fixed" a bug where you could hit a second earlier than your opponent at duel arena. After that it happens even more frequently. I'd say more than 50% of stakes. I strongly doubt network speed is causing it.
