I logged in at my schools library and this happened.

Thanks. That's definitely an transparency issue. By any chance, can you find out what graphics card the computer has?

^ This, right? :p
A lil note - It works perfectly with classic client
-
I've found that the intel chip only supporst openGL 2.1. That could be why it's not working out. I'll see to get a workaround for the issue.
Meanwhile, can you try disabling anti aliasing, does that change something?
EDIT: The issue is basically a really old graphics card. ^^

The school is over for this week, ill let you know if turning anti aliasing off fixes the problem on monday. :)
-
No problem. Just curious on what causes the client to forget transparancy values. :)

It tries to tell me something when turning Anti Aliasing on, not sure what.
-
It looks like that the computer's openGL driver is just too old to render Emps-World. I assume the school computer isn't the newest?
I'm sadly not able to reproduce the issue with my local configuration, even if I simulate your chips' openGL version.
-
I am not sure how old it is :P
Doesn't seem too old imo :p
-
I've applied a client update. Can you check if it has changed?
EDIT: If it still doesn't work, can you try disabling textures in-game and tell me if that changes something?
-
Tried disabling it, didnt work.

Alright. It just looks like the graphics chip you're using won't be supported by Emps-World. I've googled the chip in some more detail and adding support for it would downgrade the overall client performance.
