Title: Spinners in pc

Some spinners are unable to attack after the portal which they spawned from is destroyed,

u get the msg: you currently cant attack this npc

Spinners occasionally walk to another portal if theirs is destroyed and start healing other spinners

This is intended gameplay, if their portal is destroyed spinners start healing other things.
