Slowmotion running
« on: January 13, 2015, 09:28:08 pm »
Well sometimes I have the feeling I'm inside the matrix because my character does everything in slowmotion. It's very annoying especially when you're trying to make a video.

It happens when you have a lot of tabs open, no matter how nice your computer is. The more you have running, the more emps lags.

Are you using the classic mode? If so please switch to openGL!

You're probably reaching the limits of your computer then. Try lowering the graphic settings to get a higher fps rate. You can view your fps rate by typing ::fpson.

I highly doubt it has anything to do with my PC but I'll try the fps on setting. Also I'm aware this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it to bug reports.

I've noticed this issue show up in multiple places, but the one way that I could recreate it easily was simply picking flax in Catherby. I was watching my fps and it never raised above 50. In fact it sort of idled at 50 the entire time.

This issue exists only in the classic client for me. Can you try using the openGL one?
