Scrolling chat is bugged in fixed client

^ Title. Nothing happens when scrolling up or down when having mouse above the chat in fixed client.

I assume you mean that when you hover your mouse over the chatbox and scroll (using the scroll-wheel on your mouse), nothing happens.  Is that correct?

Can you tell me which client you are using? OpenGL or classic? Fixed or Widescreen?
It's working perfectly fine for me. (openGL and widescreen)

OpenGL and fixed screen.
Classic and fixed screen also seems to work incorrectly when trying to scroll the chat.
