Title: screwed by the d scimmi

i thought d scimi no longer drains any prayer points? if it is still like that then i got killed by a guy abusing a bug.
he used spec on me while i was fighting wyrm then i got killed by wyrm with a 69!!!!!
like ffs the guy wasn't wearing any armour and he looted everything

It's not a bug lol, dragon scimitar has always disabled an opponent's prayer. The update drained prayer points but Thomy reverted it back to the original spec due to issues with the new one.
