Idk what happens, but the rod sometimes it just gets of mage spell and melees monsters
Dont know how or what it triggers,

but all i can say is thanks for the (def)xp reset lamps

So you melee attack the monster even though you have the spell on?

yes, it will disable you from auto-retaliating, so when u click the monster to attack u will melee it, in the attack tab it stil says 'spell' and when i click it once (which usually switches back to melee) it will mage again.
