The ring should take 10% less special attack energy but it only reduces it by 5%

Example: Ags spec takes 45% instead of 50% --> this should be 40%.

You understood the function of the ring wrong. It reduces the cost of the special attack by 10%. If a special attack costs 50% it will reduce it by 10% of 50% which is 5% which will result in the spec costing 45%.

Wouldn't dds or vls be extremely OP if the specs only costed 15%?

Alright I did understand it incorrectly :P

I thought about how good dds would be yea.. Thnx for the explanation :D
