Next time this happens, can you type ::devon and make a screenshot? I'd like to know where your character is really standing. Did typing ::reloadmap fix the issue? Can you reproduce it?

Everything works fine when I relog.

Okay, I suppose something has gone wrong in the map loader then. You can also manually reload the map by typing ::reloadmap, so that you don't have to relog in future. Please restart your client, so that we can make sure it is up to date. I'll see if I can find a way to reproduce this bug.
