Title: "Random" click while using fixed screen

So i have this problem that when i play with fixed screen as i always do i sometimes get my clicks registered wrong. For example if i click the skill tab the click goes to other location like attacking a npc. This is really annoying sometimes when i try to eat or when the "random" click attacks a npc i dont want to attack. Since this doesnt happen with the wider screen i assume that some of my clicks with fixed screen are registered as i was playing with the wider screen. And no i wont play with the wide screen =).
