When I send or receive private messages, they aren't viewable. First I thought everyone was ignoring me all day, so I asked a few people in game if they could see my private messages and if they could send me some. They both weren't viewable. I still wasn't too sure, so I logged into my pure account on another client, and the same thing happened.
