I was mage pking and happened a few times when I wanted to entangle/tb someone and the chatbox would say 'Player is in loading stage, fighting would be unfair' but he didn't stop moving.

I think I saw this bug elsewhere today. This happens when someone logs out just before you hit them with an attack.

Thomy said this message appears when the other player enters an instance that still needs to be mapped/downloaded for the player (when you enter an area you have never been before it'll flash white and it would say 'downloading')
