nulled items in smoke dungeon

hi sometimes when i kill beasts at smoke dung drops items named with null like today droped a null item when i did take the item the  name of at changed to chest key at's normal chest key bugged but the looks something else i guess at changes back normal when reloading cache or reloging here http://prntscr.com/5gv62t

see y wish this get fixed

The item turns back to normal when you relog?
