Can you remember if you had any other event where an arrow was put above an npc you were fighting? Maybe a random event or so?

i had a drunken dwarf random yeah, which acted a bit weird,

I clicked the dwarf it disappeared, and i got the message (i hope yer...) 5-10secs later.
But that happened before draynor, in al-kharid bank

The dwarf probably triggered that weird behavior. I'm updating the random event to see if that fixes the issue. If it happens again, feel free to report it again. Thanks.
