Title: No milk to make cake.

WIKI: "Milk can be obtained by using an empty bucket from the General store on any cow. Milk is used for making Cakes with the Cooking skill."

It doesn't work when used bucket on cow, therefore we can't make cakes.

wiki is slightly off there, you need to click on any of the dairy cows and choose the milk option while having an empty bucket in your inventory

nevertheless i added an empty bucket drop to the lumbridge cow enclosure
