Title: No "Guide" when clicking on the stat icon

When you click on a skill it just pops up this screen instead of listing of the items and level requirements for that skill. I've re-logged and open and closed the client, still didn't fix. It's like this for all the skills.

The issue only seems to occur on non-vbo mode. As a temporary fix, I can suggest you to enable vbo mode. The bug will be fixed, thanks.
