The space to click frost dragon bones (at neitiznot island at least) is really small, not the entire bone on the ground is clickable. (sometimes only)

When you click on a dragon to kill it, your character hesitates and makes you have to click it like 5 times.

The bridge closest on the west going toward the bank lags you a little getting off of it.

Also there is no healer on the island, would be nice to have this as well.
