Is there any kind of error you're getting?
Is there a set of actions that causes it?
Is your client up to date?

It happens globally, yet no cause<-- That's what I can confirm as I am one of those victims which happens to.

If you don't have any evidence I don't really think there's anything we can do.
Could you maybe try to record your stakes so we can see it when it happens?

As I already said to few, it totally happens randomly whilst combat, I'm not sure if out of combat though. That's why you only hear complaints from stakers/pkers >:(
