Title: Morrigan javelins disappear when fired when ava is equipped

You can't pick up Morrigans javelins after you throw em, not sure if bug though

I can pickup morrigan javelins after throwing them. Do they appear on the ground for you?

I just retested it and the javelins appears on ground if I throw him normally, if I spec it doesn't appear, is it meant to be like that?

The javelins don't have a 100% drop chance when you throw them. They function like arrows so it's possible that a javelin may not appear on the ground. Though for me javelins dropped when specing and when not, randomly of course.

How many times did you spec ;)
I used 30javelins specs so far
EDIT: I use an ava aswell, maybe that could explain the issue, dunno
