Title: mining bug at barbarian

i was mining at barbarian just starting and i had 20 mining so i was going to try mithril pickaxe on a tin ore but it says u need 61 mining for it and i checked and i needed 21 mining and when i had 21 mining i could use the pickaxe but befor lvl 21 mining it says u need 61 mining to use this pickaxe
