Title: Login DC glitch
Post by: C4 Nerd on July 28, 2015, 08:41:21 pm

Sometimes when i try to login, i get instantly disconnected, this time ~5 times in a row (Usually 1-2)

I have no clue what causes this but i though i should still report this

Can confirm, happens to me a LOT as well. Internet connection doesn't seem to be the problem so I assume it's server-side.
There also tends to be just as much of this happening in-game for me at least. Everything in-game becomes unresponsive and the "Connection lost" box appears after about 6 seconds, and I get logged off or reconnect. Only started happening recently.

Nothing in the error logs. Is there any way of reproducing the issue?

It only happens to me when I'm switching worlds.

The problem is, that I don't experience these disconnects and thus have no way of tracking down the problem. The fact, that only some people have this problem makes it much more likely to be internet problems. That doesn't necessarily have to be on the client's end, it can be between any hop from the client to the server.

If I find something going wrong, I'll surely fix it. Currently, I can see nothing going wrong though...

Alright, thanks. I thought it'd be a good idea to let you know, i've never seen anyone report this glitch

I was referring to the disconnects during gameplay. The disconnects when relogging/logging in are reproducable for you. I'll look into it and see if I can reproduce it too.
EDIT: No luck for me, not a single disconnect in over 20 logins/relogs.
