Is your Anti-Aliasing turned on? If yes then untick it

Settings -> Graphic settings -> Anti-aliasing  ✓

It has indeed to do with anti-aliasing. Some GPUs render the login screen differently. I wouldn't recommend turning off anti-aliasing though as it makes the game cornered. Depends on what you care more about: The loading screen quality or the in-game quality.
