Title: Level glitch

Yesterday i logged in and started making runecrafting, then i looked hm xp left to next level and i saw all levels 99. :O
Construction, Summoning and Dungeoneering was 99 too. Also total level was 2475. Tried to buy max cape but impossible... When i relog then all levels reseted. If i leveled up in rc then it went back normal lvl. ;D

We had many reports about it alreaady, yet we still don't know what causes it
Do you have any ideas what could've caused it?

Now second time got this glitch and recorded too.
