It works fine for me, maybe it's loading?

Could you please try restarting your client and tell us if that fixed it?

Yes, but when You scroll it back it happens again.

I think your client may be out of date, because this issue existed in an earlier version. I can only ask you to restart your client another time, maybe also try restarting your computer to ensure that Emps-World is really updated.
