Title: K'ril Tsutsaroth is buged again

please fix him hes hiting magic most of the time please thomy check again..... i used to solo 3 per trip now i cant even kill 1

I'm sorry but his melee and magic attacks are correctly configured to 50% each. I've also tested this with little attack type simulation that proves the configuration.
In an update a few weeks ago a bug was fixed where melee and mage/range npcs would attack more often with melee. Maybe this is causing it to feel different.

It's exactly 50/50. There's definitely no bug there.
