Title: Item bug if they're drop under a corpse or rock

I notice this for some time now but didn't report it yet but I'm doing it now!
Here's a picture of what I mean:

I cannot take the item at all doesn't matter how many times I click or right-click it.
Can this be fix?

Next update will completely fix the issue. In the meantime you can restart your client for the first batch of the fix, that allows you to click the items on objects again.
