My slayer level is 99 for sure. But I can't attack them as well.

I just noticed, that I'm not a premium member, and these creatures require premium member to fight against.
I think, this should be changed, that you need premium member to enter the cave, or something.

Having entering the cave to be a members only thing would be absolutely pointless. That just removes an escape route in deep wildy for no reason.
