I got bug with Grim Reaper event.

Admin help me i have 27 skulls. And i can't get eny reward from Grim Reaper becouse my skulls are broken i guess. My nickname is Blaek. Please fix that bug to me, becouse I paid for 27 skulls b and d glowes...   >:(

Skulls (ID 964, the ones you can use in the the event) should not be tradeable.

Although, there are some skulls, which are apparently bugged and tradeable (ID 965, not available to be used in the event I guess).

Did you try banking them? That should change the ID to 964 and you should be able to use them.
