So, I was fighting Jad, and it literally came down to whether I will score the last hit or not. I was out of prayer, sara brews, well, what ended up happening was that I scored the last hit on Jad BUT he had already started his attack.
It resulted in Jad dying, then me dying shortly after, it said gratz on the wave count, also, some guy said talk to me outside. Then I died, respawned outside and spoke to every one of those golem guys, I only got 75k tokkuls, which would mean I beat wave 63, yet I didn't receive a firecape.
Trust me, the feeling of such adrenaline and happiness is great until you notice there's no firecape! lol
