Title: hp bug

i reloged and everything and it's still the same
in the picture it shows that my hp is 99/110
so i healed my self and it's 110/110
and all of this after i reloged

Did you maybe wear spectral spirit shield by any chance? Spectral spirit shield does that

is that normal or a bug?
