Title: how this happened LOL?

so i wanted to switch my ss for my mithril whip and this is what happens.... when i unequip the whip my ss is gone and when i equip it it is back in the whip again but i cant see my ss in my inventory is there any way to get the whip and the ss separately from each other?  :-\

EDIT: i relogged and its fine now but still a nasty bug though haha
