Title: Help Desk Bug ... with solution

Under "Tickets Awaiting Staff Response" section it looks like

By changin the width percentage under "Tickets Awaiting Staff Response" will fix this...

Current code looks like the following...

By changing the percentage from 5% to 7% it will fix it...

Only fixes it for a 1920x1080 layout, I changed it nonetheless though. Thanks.
