Title: Glitching out on teleport

What happened:
I was casually doing farm runs, when I wanted to tp to varrock this happens.
I used a varrock teleport tab, which was consumed.
When I relogged the tab was gone but I was still at the place I teleported from.

No idea how to reproduce this.

Next time this happens can you type ::devon? So that I can see your actual position.
