Fuck kidding me? this is first fucking game i see lagging this much!!!

Can you give a description of what's happening? Does the game load eventually, are you stuck on this screen forever? Have you tried re-installing the game yet? https://emps-world.net/uninstall

EDIT: There was an issue with the update server. The game will load normally now.
