Title: freezing is broken

In the new update Thomy reduced freezing immunity.

But i guess a little mistake was made because freezing actually doesn't work at all right now.
When trying to attack players in pvp with a barrage it will not freeze them at all on any occasion so i guess a fix is needed for this.
