Title: Fountains & Examine

There's some fountains that doesn't work, you cannot fill vials/watering cans using them.
For example, Grand Exchange one and Varrock Castle one.

Some obejcts/NPCs examination is wrong or it doesn't have one at all.

There's a lot of other stuff that have no examination.

Some npcs/items/objects don't have a description. I've fixed the bugs you reported though. Thanks!
