Force-spawn npc disappearing (spectrals)

Okey so basically i was killing spectrals today and The Spectral that i was about to kill disappeared. It happened two times in a row.I can't prove because i don't have any video or screenshot, but i will try to film it again and if i catch that bug again i will post it.

We know about the issue, but no idea how it occurs, so we can't fix it. If you could tell us the trigger for it disappearing (like you used a special attack, or after exact same time after spawning, etc)

Well I was using dragon darts so The issue can't be special attack, but next time i was using z bow with z arrows and as soon as z arrows started to burn the spectral disappeared.I hope that helped a bit :)
