Flickering Map/Screen when downloading or teleporting to areas.

Hello my name is Godson.

I've stumbled upon this weird glitch that causes my computer to lag even though it wasn't lagging.

When I enter a new area or teleport to Falador sometimes it flickers a bit and stops.. and that kinda laggs my computer
then it just comes back to normal,

I hope this gets fixed.

Can you type ::fpson and tell me how many fps you're having? I can also assure you that this problem will fix itself at some point, when all the models are downloaded.

I mainly get 60 or 30 fps locked in areas that are loaded,

And yeah I think it's because of the undownloaded content, Is there a possible way of downloading all the content right when you start playing?
