Title: fletching at grand exchange bug

whenever you level up while fletching at grand exchange an npc talks to you, when you level up once per inv = banker, twice = aubury wanting to tp you to the rune essence mines as seen in the picture below :

it's not a serious game breaker, I just thought it's worth mentioning.

I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce the bug. Leveling up my fletching won't change the dialogue that appears. Can you try to make the bug reproducable? Showing me a way how I can get into that state?

I couldn't reproduce the bug. Due to the fact that's not too serious (worst thing that can happen is an Aubury tele from GE) I won't do any further investigations.
