I made some pictures from the fire-cape and my settings.

Turn on CDL and wait till it's finished, that might fix your issue.

The issue happens when the firecape texture is at the right side of the texture atlas. I'm actually checking for borders, but it doesn't work. For now a client restart will fix  the problem.
