Title: Entangle?!

i havnt played for 3months until today so im not sure if this is a bug or just a stupid update...

I tried some deep pk and noticed that entangle doesnt work properly. Before i stop playing you was able to entangle player instantly after (s)he was able to move. Now there is few seconds while you cant freeze your enemy even if entangle hit him. that makes it impossible to kill any1 with mage...

I also tested it with moss giants (and almost died bc i couldnt keep a distance to them:DD) .. entangle is pretty much useless right now so please fix it

There is a small freeze immunity timer now to avoid constant binds.
