Title: Ehm those epic bugs (Classic C.)

Hello
I have two bugs to report and those I see first time in my life.. I have no idea that those even exist on openGl too? Those bugs what I gonna show those are glitched and I tried:
*Relog - Didn't help
*Uninstall - Didn't help
*ON/OFF VBO mode - Didn't help
First bug - Invisible and/or glitched drop bug

Well I killed Dark Beasts. After they died my loot glitched and sometimes was invisible (Saw red dots on my minimap).
Second bug - Item bug (Glitched)

I have no idea how this happen.
